CEBU CITY — L’Ufficio dell’Assistente presidenziale per le Visayas (OPAV) \u00e8 pronto a chiedere al governo del Regno Unito (UK) di revocare l’avviso di viaggio emesso nei confronti dei suoi cittadini, sconsigliando loro di recarsi nel sud di Cebu.<\/p>\n

“Non c’\u00e8 alcuna base. Wa gyuy basehan ilang (Non c’\u00e8 alcuna base per il loro) avviso di viaggio che menziona sempre il sud di Cebu”, ha dichiarato domenica all’Agenzia di stampa filippina il segretario Michael Lloyd Dino.<\/p>\n

Dino ha dichiarato ai media di essere determinato a inviare una lettera al governo britannico.<\/p>\n

Dino ha portato con s\u00e9 funzionari di diverse forze dell’ordine e agenzie governative regionali nelle citt\u00e0 di Badian e Oslob, a sud di Cebu, per confrontarsi con gli operatori del turismo in un vertice inter-agenzie sulla sicurezza organizzato dall’OPAV.<\/p>\n

Dino ha dichiarato di fronte ai proprietari di resort, alle guide turistiche, ai funzionari dei comuni e delle municipalit\u00e0 di Badian e Oslob che “non c’\u00e8 alcuna minaccia di terrorismo a Cebu in base alle valutazioni della comunit\u00e0 di intelligence”.<\/p>\n
