Ces requins baleines ont montr\u00e9 dans les eaux au large d\u2019Oslob depuis les ann\u00e9es 1980. Auparavant, le p\u00eacheur d\u2019Oslob consid\u00e9rait le requin baleine comme un \u00ab ravageur \u00bb pour avoir d\u00e9truit ses filets et chass\u00e9 d\u2019autres poissons.<\/p>\n<p>En octobre 2011, dans un petit village de Tan-awan Oslob, Jerson Soriano a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 nourrir un requin baleine avec du krill ou des crevettes pour b\u00e9b\u00e9s apr\u00e8s avoir continuellement cogn\u00e9 son museau \u00e0 sa banca pendant qu\u2019il p\u00eachait. Dans les jours suivants, plus de longueur de requins baleines varie de 2 \u00e0 6 m\u00e8tres sont venus sur les rives de Tan-awan apr\u00e8s l\u2019alimentation. Le plus grand requin baleine qui a montr\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 appel\u00e9 comme Big Mama qui \u00e9tait grand que 9 m\u00e8tres de long bus. Bient\u00f4t, station de plong\u00e9e dans la r\u00e9gion a demand\u00e9 aux p\u00eacheurs s\u2019ils pouvaient les guider vers le site d\u2019observation des baleines.
